Acceptance of Terms

By using the Marathon Kids Connect (“MKC”) platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable school, district, or legal requirements.

User Roles and Responsibilities

• Coaches/Admins must ensure data entered is accurate and relevant for educational purposes
• Parents and District/Organization Leaders agree to use the platform respectfully and not share sensitive student data
• Student accounts are managed by staff or parents (e.g. Coaches and parents adding data to the account) Students may only view their data and the summarized data of the organization. 
• Necessary users have read and agree to our COPPA Acknowledgement.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Upload or share false or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt MKC services
• Use the platform for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes

Data Ownership

• All student data remains the property of the school/district or organization
• Marathon Kids acts as a data steward and service provider
• Upon request, we will delete or return student data following contract termination

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account in violation of these terms or if requested by an educational institution or legal authority.
