On Nov 5th comedian and actor, Kevin Hart, is taking on a new challenge – his first ever marathon. Hart has been training for months and recently decided to run his NYC Marathon for a purpose.
Hart is teaming up with Nike to donate $50,000 to Marathon Kids. It’s a gift that will provide over 3,000 deserving kids the chance at a healthier life.
His challenge is also to you – Kevin wants to get parents and kids to be active together. And he’s inviting you to get involved. Here’s how to get started.
It’s simple. Use the link below to sign yourself and your family up to run with Marathon Kids at Home. You’ll receive your mileage logs, Nike incentives, and other tools to complete not one, but four marathons. You’ll be on your way to your first 26.2 miles, alongside Kevin, in no time!
Sponsoring a child to run is the best way to give the next generation a healthier start. Your gift provides a year’s worth of heart healthy physical education programming to a child in an underserved community.
Marathon Kids is a non-profit organization committed to improving the health of children by providing them with the motivation, tools, and support to life happier, healthier lifestyles. Click here to learn more about Marathon Kids programming in schools and communities.
